Overview:
Syniq Group Services is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to support high-volume staffing needs across government contracts, including HHSC, DIR, and other state/federal opportunities. This role is critical to sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for technical and healthcare-related roles

Support staffing efforts for HHSC, DIR, eMMA, CMBL and other government contracts

Actively build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates

Monitor and manage internal candidate databases/ATS to ensure accurate and up-to-date records

Conduct candidate outreach, initial screenings, and interview coordination

Match candidates to job requirements quickly and efficiently

Track submissions, interviews, and placements

Collaborate with leadership to meet contract staffing deadlines
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (government or staffing agency experience preferred)

Strong understanding of sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, databases)

Experience recruiting for IT, healthcare, or government roles

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience using ATS/CRM systems and managing candidate pipelines

Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred:

Experience working with state contracts (HHSC, DIR, etc.)

Existing candidate network/pipeline is a plus
