Overview:
Syniq Group Services is seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst / Proposal Specialist to support our government contracting efforts. This role is responsible for developing competitive pricing, gathering quotes, and supporting bid submissions for contracts including HHSC, DIR, and other state/federal opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and competitive pricing models for government contract bids

• Gather and analyze vendor quotes, labor rates, and cost data

• Prepare detailed cost proposals and pricing sheets for solicitations

• Review RFPs, RFQs, and solicitations to identify pricing requirements

• Ensure all pricing aligns with compliance standards and contract guidelines

• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to align pricing with candidate pay rates

• Track and maintain pricing data, historical bids, and cost benchmarks

• Support submission of proposals and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements:

• Experience in government contracting, pricing, or proposal development

• Strong understanding of RFPs, RFQs, and bid processes

• Ability to analyze labor categories, bill rates, and profit margins

• Experience working with HHSC, DIR, or similar contracts preferred

• Advanced skills in Excel (pricing models, formulas, cost breakdowns)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience with staffing or IT government contracts

• Knowledge of rate analysis, cost structures, and compliance requirements

• Familiarity with GSA schedules or state procurement systems
