Overview:

Syniq Group Services is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to support high-volume staffing needs across government contracts, including HHSC, DIR, and other state/federal opportunities. This role is critical to sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for technical and healthcare-related roles

  • Support staffing efforts for HHSC, DIR, eMMA, CMBL and other government contracts

  • Actively build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates

  • Monitor and manage internal candidate databases/ATS to ensure accurate and up-to-date records

  • Conduct candidate outreach, initial screenings, and interview coordination

  • Match candidates to job requirements quickly and efficiently

  • Track submissions, interviews, and placements

  • Collaborate with leadership to meet contract staffing deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (government or staffing agency experience preferred)

  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, databases)

  • Experience recruiting for IT, healthcare, or government roles

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience using ATS/CRM systems and managing candidate pipelines

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred:

  • Experience working with state contracts (HHSC, DIR, etc.)

  • Existing candidate network/pipeline is a plus
