Overview:
Seeking experienced LVNs to provide direct patient care in a state-supported living center. This role involves hands-on nursing care, medication administration, and working with individuals with complex medical needs in a structured clinical environment.
Schedule:
This role offers flexible scheduling based on facility needs:

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shifts, with a requirement to work every other weekend
OR -
Weekend double shifts
Note: Schedules are alternating to meet staffing needs.
Training Requirement:

First 5 weeks: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Required)
Responsibilities:
-
Provide direct patient care and monitor health conditions

Administer medications and treatments
-
Educate patients on medications and care plans
-
Complete accurate documentation and charting
-
Perform computer data entry (training provided)

Work with patients requiring advanced care (G-tubes, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc.)

Collaborate with RNs and nursing leadership
Requirements (REQUIRED at Interview):

Active Texas LVN License
-
Valid Photo ID

Current CPR Card (BLS)

TB Documentation
Additional Requirements:

Must pass drug screen and background check

Must complete FBI fingerprinting

COVID-19 testing required (provided)
Experience:

Minimum 1 year LVN experience (2+ years preferred)

Experience with direct patient care and advanced nursing skills
