Overview:
Seeking experienced LVNs to provide direct patient care in a state-supported living center. This role involves hands-on nursing care, medication administration, and working with individuals with complex medical needs in a structured clinical environment.

Schedule:
This role offers flexible scheduling based on facility needs:

  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shifts, with a requirement to work every other weekend
    OR

  • Weekend double shifts

Note: Schedules are alternating to meet staffing needs.

Training Requirement:

  • First 5 weeks: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Required)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and monitor health conditions

  • Administer medications and treatments

  • Educate patients on medications and care plans

  • Complete accurate documentation and charting

  • Perform computer data entry (training provided)

  • Work with patients requiring advanced care (G-tubes, Foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc.)

  • Collaborate with RNs and nursing leadership

Requirements (REQUIRED at Interview):

  • Active Texas LVN License

  • Valid Photo ID

  • Current CPR Card (BLS)

  • TB Documentation

Additional Requirements:

  • Must pass drug screen and background check

  • Must complete FBI fingerprinting

  • COVID-19 testing required (provided)

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year LVN experience (2+ years preferred)

  • Experience with direct patient care and advanced nursing skills
